Baralfa 32 IQ
     Baralfa 32 IQ is a very persistent, winter-hardy variety, with excellent yield. In addition, Baralfa has earned itself the highly conveted IQ status.  IQ stands for Improved Quality, reflecting its high quality and fine stems. 

Baralfa 42 IQ
     Baralfa 42 IQ, like Baralfa 32 IQ, has the important IQ, spelling out its Improved Quality. IT has a dormancy rating of 4, with a winter-hardiness rating of 2, giving it wide ranging appeal to producers across the USA. Baralfa 42 IQ has a unique combination of characteristics, including excellent disease resistance, greater yield punch, wide adaptability, traffic resistance, manure tolerance and of course, improved.

Baralfa 53 HR
     Baralfa 53 HR has earned the much coveted HR designation for being Highly Resistant to all of the following major pests and diseases; Bacterial Wilt (Bw), Fusarium Wilt (Fw), Verticilium Wilt (Vw), Anthracnose (An), Phytophthora Root Rot (PRR), and resistant to the following Pea Aphid (PA), Spotted Alfalfa Aphid (SAA), and Stem Nematodes (Sn).
      Baralfa 53 HR has a dormancy of 5, with a winter-hardiness rating of 3, giving it the very high yeild potential that is associated with class 5 varieties. However, it has significantly better winter-hardiness, increasing it's climatic adaptation and suitability.
